OUR TEAM

Our organization is proud to be made up of skilled individuals, 90% of whom are incredible women from diverse cultures and backgrounds, including Caucasian, African American, Indian, Hispanic, and many more. We have designed our program to function like a supportive peer network, enabling us to relate to the young people we serve on a personal level. Each member of our team has been handpicked for their strength and lived experiences, allowing them to truly understand the challenges faced by our participants.
